    • Do not use strong alkaline washing agents or bleaches
    • It is recommended to wash at a temperature not higher than 40 °C
    • Please set at temperature not higher than 150 °C if you iron the product

    Delivery Arrangement

    1. All orders are shipped by SF express.
    2. Once the order has been confirmed, the warehouse team would prepare the parcel. And then the parcel would be soon shipped from our warehouse to SF express. The total process takes around 7 working days delivering to the customer (Depend on the arrangements of SF express).
    3. You can directly fill in the detailed address of SF Express Self Pickup Network in the shipping address field.
    4. Not all items are available for Self Pickup Network (including SF lockers & Self Pickup Point). 
    5. If no one receives the goods during SF express delivery, SF express will call the contact person to make an appointment for the next delivery time.
