Can I order a fitted sheet in a custom size?

Yes, we offer the option to order custom-made fitted sheets to fit your specific mattress size and depth.

To order a custom-made fitted sheet, please measure the length, width, and depth of your mattress. Provide us with these three measurements, and we can create a fitted sheet that will perfectly fit your mattress.

All custom-made fitted sheet orders typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

An additional fee is required for custom-made fitted sheets due to the specialized manufacturing process. The cost varies based on size and complexity of your order. A quote will be provided upon submission of your measurements.

Delivery

How to calculate shipping fee?
  • Order not exceeding HK$500: Delivery fee of HK$50 is charged
  • Order over HK$500: Free shipping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All online orders are shipped by SF express.

Once the order has been confirmed, the warehouse team would prepare the parcel. And then the parcel would be soon shipped from our warehouse to SF express.

The total process takes around 7 working days delivering to the customer (Depend on the arrangements of SF express).

I want to change my delivery address. What should I do?

For address changes, please contact us promptly as we fulfill orders upon receiving them.

CAN I ORDER ITEMS ONLINE AND COLLECT THEM IN-STORE?

Sorry, we do not offer in-store pick up for online orders. All online orders are shipped by SF express.

How to track my order status?

A tracking number from SF express will be provided by email once your order is shipped.

Refund and Replacement

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Sorry, once the order is confirmed, we will not accept any return or request of return, refund and revise order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED ANY GOODS WITH QUALITY PROBLEMS?

If you find any quality problems with the product, please email the order number, name and phone number to store@naturalhome.com.hk within 7 working days after receiving the products, and we will follow up as soon as possible.

All replacement arrangements are limited to regular-priced and non-washed items, not applicable to all promotional or special-priced items. Only onetime exchange service per order will be offered. Any replacement items are limited to the same model, color and size.

WHAT IS THE REPLACEMENT PROCESS IF I MEET THE CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT?

After we confirm the replacement arrangement with you, please keep the products and packaging in good condition with complete original packaging.

We will notify you via email/phone call to collect the products at our store.
