Delivery Arrangement

  1. All orders are shipped byย SF express.
  2. Once the order has been confirmed, the warehouse team would prepare the parcel. And then the parcel would be soon shipped from our warehouse to SF express. The total process takes aroundย 7 working days delivering to the customer (Depend on the arrangements of SF express).
  3. You can directly fill in the detailed address of SF Express Self Pickup Networkย in the shipping address field.
  4. Not allย items are available for Self Pickup Network (including SF lockers & Self Pickup Point).ย 
  5. If no one receives the goods duringย SF expressย delivery, SF expressย will call the contact person to make an appointment for the next delivery time.
  6. All orders do not offer return / exchange delivery.
