We currently do not deliver to the following locations: outlying Islands (Delivery services only available at Ma Wan, Discovery Bay & Tung Chung); Hong Kong International Airport; any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited; logistics warehouse, transshipment warehouse, warehouse that require queuing for pick up or delivery; and Warehouse that requires payment of entrance fee or registration fee.

Delivery Arrangement

1. All orders are shipped by SF express.
2. Once the order has been confirmed, the warehouse team would prepare the parcel. And then the parcel would be soon shipped from our warehouse to SF express. The total process takes around 7 working days delivering to the customer (Depend on the arrangements of SF express).
3. You can directly fill in the detailed address of SF Express Self Pickup Network in the shipping address field.
4. Not all items are available for Self Pickup Network (including SF lockers & Self Pickup Point). 
5. If no one receives the goods during SF express delivery, SF express will call the contact person to make an appointment for the next delivery time.
