Sorry. We do not currently offer store pick up for online orders.


Sorry, once the order is confirmed, we will not accept any return or request of return, refund and revise order. If you have special enquiry, please contact us by store@naturalhome.com.hk


If you find any quality problems with the product, please email the order number, name and phone number to store@naturalhome.com.hk within 7 working days after receiving the products, and we will follow up as soon as possible. All replacement arrangements are limited to regular-priced and non-washed items, not applicable to all promotional or special-priced items. Only onetime exchange service per order will be offered. Any replacement items are limited to the same model, color and size. *The product picture(s) is simply for reference only, all take the material object as the standard.


After we confirm the replacement arrangement with you, please keep the products and packaging in good condition with complete original packaging. We will notify you via email/phone call to collect the products at our store.
